Every now and then i like to share some reads i have been fishing through and think are worthy of passing along.  Here are some recent thoughtful/good reads/videos from the world wide {net}.


False Teachers, by Shai Linne: one of my favorite rappers as of recent.  He dropped a new album today, and here is one of the tracts worthy of listening to.

Did Abraham Lincoln Exist: This one actually caused me to laugh a little.  “All of those “independent” sources [for Lincoln's existence] are biased, though, because they all believe that Lincoln existed. We would need sources that don’t believe in Lincoln’s existence to have evidence of his existence, which we don’t have.  Science and the existence of Lincoln are incompatible!”

The Red Thread: on Adoption.  “But God seems to do some pulling of those red threads without our help as well. Doesn’t it seem that some accidents don’t feel very accidental at all? Some things just work out serendipitously. Serendipitously: a pretty word that lets us wave away the possibility that these things just might be divinely ordained.”
