the christmas past.

let's live in the past.
the christmas past.
H had a hard time taking the tree down.
he is still confused when we skype my parents and they still have their tree up.
and the other day we drove around town at night with a friend
to see the buildings all lit up.
and H asked "why do those people still have their lights up?"
i think he would keep christmas decorations up all year round.

he is still caught singing "joy to the world"
as he plays with his new toys.

i remember when we had H we took pictures of everything.  everything.
unfortunately we did not take any pictures of the boys opening
gifts from grandparents, but took some video.
after Christmas was over we realized it was M's first Christmas.
and we failed in capturing it in photos.
sorry xiao bao bao {little baby}.
{if the grandparents took any pictures through the skype world,
we would love you to email us copies for M's baby book}

{skyping with chad's family.}

{reading books under the big tent.  not sure what we were thinking when we bought this tent at ikea.  it takes up a lot of space!  but H loves going in his tent with a flashlight and a big stack of books and reading to himself.}
{our christmas day.  we had 3 other people over to eat.  read.  sing.  and celebrate the Savior's birthday!  H is playing his drum and guitar while we sing christmas carols.  what a great day.}
