balloon rocket.

{we have a guest blogger today.  H and i made rocket balloons during our morning H and mama time.  he thought it would be great if he told you

all about our 1 1/2 hours of undivided time together in the morning.}

my mom and i made a rocket balloon this morning.  first we got all of our supplies.  we needed tape.  a balloon.  a drinking straw.  and string.

 we taped one side of the string to the wall.  then we put the straw on the string.  then we taped the other side of the string to a chair.  we put two pieces of tape on the straw so we were ready once the balloon was blown up.  then my mom blowed it up.  the balloon.  

i was excited and clapped when the balloon was blown up.

we stuck it onto the tape.  we had to hold onto the balloon so the air didn't come out.

and then i let go of the balloon.  the balloon went very fast.

the balloon zoomed all the way to the wall and i watched it.  and we both took turns.

i learned that this is kind of like how a rocket works.

this was fun and cool.  i liked it.
