lefse.

i love thanksgiving and christmas time.  and i love traditions.

one of our family traditions is to make lefse.

actually the tradition is, i make the lefse.  and the boys eat the lefse.

when we moved to china a little over a year ago i questioned whether i really wanted to bring all of my lefse making gear.  i am so glad i brought it because lefse making day (yes.  it takes all day!) is something all of us look forward to.

one thing is for sure.  making lefse with friends is so much easier and more fun.

i am thankful for 2 friends who came to share in the rolling of potato dough into something so wonderful!
