i trust the Father. not my doctor.
wow. it has been awhile since i have sat down to write.
we have been sick and tired!
the first week of april was spring break.
we celebrated chad's birthday and later in the week we took a train
to visit good friends in shenyang, china.
{waiting to board the train}
sunday night, the 8th when we got home is when everything changed.
i started to get a horrible cold.
which turned into bronchitis.
however the doctor was convinced it was pneumonia.
and wanted to give a 32 week pregnant lady a chest x-ray.
um. no thank you.
i got an anti-biotic and while it definitely helped. it has taken until a couple days ago to get over it all.
while i was sick i had blood work taken and some of my liver and kidney tests came back a bit abnormal.
the dr. again was convinced of the worst. he thought i had the beginnings of preeclampsia.
i said relax and we will see.
we saw miracles happen the next week when my lab tests came back next to normal.
thankful we haven't met our little one quite yet.
while my dr. {i don't know if he is paranoid of having a diabetic patient or has no hope} continues to think of the worst negative situation. i continue to cling to the cross.
what else can i do but trust the Father. worrying about it will do nothing.
and i can't be in right relationship with Him if i am anxious.
i am just about 34 weeks pregnant {on thursday}. and i am feeling great.
my ribs are still soar from coughing so hard. but my heart is so thankful that the baby is healthy and growing. the Father is not done knitting him together in my tummy yet.
chad and H also got sick.
fevers and colds and coughs. H got a double ear infection.
but we are healing and are doing well now.
H was so excited when i took him on a little date to mo mo's for a banana milkshake.
you can tell by his expression we were cooped up inside too long!
{taken in the beginning of spring break}.
he is loving his baby brother already!
