date with my little man.

ah.  i love my little man.  even after yesterday.

i'm not sure what happened yesterday.  but everything made him cry.

everything!

{he hasn't gone poopy for two days straight.  maybe that's why.

i don't know?!  too much info?  oh well.}

so i decided we needed to get out of the house.  just the two of us.  and spend some good one-on-one time together.  away from all distractions at home.  we went for a walk down by the markets to buy some fruit and bread.  guess what they had at the bread shop?  yummy looking doughnuts!  yes.  we bought one to split.  then we went to one of our favorite coffee shops.

we split a strawberry shake and that yummy doughnut.

and we brought some fun games along to play.  tic tac toe.

and go fish. 

and memory.

ah.  i love the memory we made this morning spending quality time together.  it was wonderful.

and as we walked home he said to me, "mom.  i had a lot of fun.  thank you."
