we have not written a blog in a while.

we are on break all this week, enjoying family time and time with good friends.

little man had a local friend over one day, he loved that.

it has been nice spending time with friends and relaxing.

a big time of the year is around the corner, chinese new years.

we have been told that any display of fireworks that we have previously

seen will pale in comparison to what is about to come.

I am curious how we will sleep at night.

some people go on vacation (leave to another country) during this time,

that should tell you something (how loud it gets).

we bought ear plugs in preparation.

I bought Tricia the season of Amazing Race for Christmas,

so we are going to watch that now.
