our attempt at a game night.

after we went to dinner with some new friends, adam and mandy, 

we put little man's pj's on and walked over to our friends' apartment.

{less than 5 minute walk}

we thought we could put our kids to bed and play games.

they started out on the floor next to each other.

then in different beds.

then one on the couch and the other on a bed.

then each on a bed.

i think it took the kids about 2 hours to fall asleep.

which left very little time to play games.

the guys tried to play a game that supposedly takes 5 hours just to learn.

it's called civilization.

they read the rules for.ev.er.

i played a different game with mandy twice before they finished reading the rules.

{not sure if they finished actually}

we had lots of fun attempting game night.

next time we might resurrect a B {pacifier}.

we don't have any though so maybe you could ship one grandma.

just kidding....but games were so much easier to play when B's existed.
