a good deal or ugly?

i know this is going to sound dramatic. but. i really really really dislike elmo.

my son on the other hand REALLY REALLY REALLY likes elmo.

before we moved to china chad bought little man a new pair of shoes.

i think they are the ugliest things i have ever seen in my life.

i know. dramatic.

but really.  i think deep down chad would agree that they are hideous.

but.

because they were on clearance he thinks they are a good deal.

i don't know.  i love a good deal, but come on now.

today little man insisted that he wear them.  even though they are too big.
